One tip is to bring your own bag because they don't have any. When you shop like I do, you need bags! I don't mind that they don't have them....I just bring my own reusable ones.
I absolutely love this store!!! My all time favorite!!! The only problem I have is the price of their movies (new releases) they price them above $30, when u can go to any other store and buy them for $25 or under
The staff is super friendly. There's always someone within grabbing distance if you need them to help you look for things and the cashiers are awesome.
This place has everything geek. Some nerds too. Lol. This is a great place to find unique geek items and gifts. Because they buy old items too, you can make a buck, or find the old items you have been looking for or didn't know you needed.
Most of the employees are nice and helpful. Easy to find what you are looking for here. Great wide range of new and used items.
My family and I love this store! Had no idea what it was when it opened, but now can't stay out of there!
It has something for all of us....Old school games and vinyl for my husband, new games and collectible toys/action figures for my son, comics for both of them and tons of books for me! I love that they have new and used books for both adults and kids. My 8 year old loves reading and is at the stage that he likes reading the same book a couple of times, but his tastes are constantly changing. I went in to 2nd and Charles a few weeks ago and got him 13 used books for a total of about $20! That was a great bargain and better than you will find at any library book sale or even Goodwill.
There isn't always something here, but every once in a while there is a gem. The prices can sometimes be above eBay but many times it is close, and you never know what you will find (I picked up an excellent condition Zelda II gold CIB for $60). The workers are generally nice, but may not always know about the obscurities that some people collect, including myself. Generally speaking though, I like coming back to this one.
