I called Platinum with a rather emergency request. I had been without my vehicle for a week. I had my car looked at by another place and the information I was given didn't really make much sense. I took my car in, and within minutes Tonya had answers (that actually made sense), a reasonable quote, and options. I am completely satisfied with the level of customer service and also service to my vehicle which I have received from Platinum. They have convenient financing options as well! I'd refer anyone to them a million times over!!!
Horrible experience. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I would not recommend this place at all. I normally don't write reviews but I have just wasted 1 1/2 hours of my day. I scheduled a state inspection for 8 am and was there early. Got in, gave them my key and proceeded to wait. I was told the service would take around an hour. To make a long story short, at 9:30, I go back to the desk to see how much longer my car would be and the receptionist informs me they are just pulling my car in. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! She said there was a tow truck in the way that was just moved. I have never been so furious in my life. How dare you waste my time and not have the decency to even tell me you haven't started on the work I so patiently waited for. I am not one to make a huge fuss so I asked her for my key so I could leave. She wanted to know if I would like to reschedule. Why would I waste any more of my time with a company who doesn't respect me as a customer or what little free time I had today. I am absolutely appalled. Bottom line, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! GREAT SERVICES! GREAT PRICES!!!! Platinum Plus Auto Repair is the first shop I have Ever dropped my truck off at. They do incredible work and they back it up 100%!!! I will continue to use these guys.
They also have payment plans which are VERY helpful.
