Good store one issue , isles closed for stocking ladders freight causing customers to avoid certain areas. Can't we stock and handle vendor business before or after normal store hours.
Ordered a new stove and it was delivered damaged. We sent it back and called the # to report it. They said They would call back within 72 hours....well 5 days later no call. Went to the store because the automated phone system couldnt pull up my info, only to find out the delivery was never rescheduled. Its 2 days before thanksgiving and I have no stove. Thanks Home Depot for ruining my holiday.
I had a great experience here with the staff. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman helped my big purchase to my car and that really made a difference. The customer service here is fantastic and I will come back here for all my big projects!

Typical big box hardware store. One or two knowledgeable employees stretched thin. If you need lumber you better bring in a cart because they're hardly ever inside where you need them.
