They need to focus on their clients rather than their commission and sales. I work in sales myself so I understand commission but that's no excuse to give poor customer service just because someone won't buy from you.
Just had a prenatal massage at this location and it was heavenly! The front desk associates were very professional and knowledge. They did a great job of making me feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing. My masseuse was Becky. She did an excellent job. She catered the massage to my personal needs and applied the perfect amount of pressure for my liking. I highly recommend getting a massage here if you are thinking about it. I can't wait to return for my next appointment.
I was so upset, not only did the masseuse messed my massage up (the massage itself was mediocre) but the front desk was so u welcoming
I just asked for a refund for the scrub.
So I explain I paid for one that day and asked if I could get one that day. They told me my masseuse isn't available anymore... After I JUST saw her.
She asked what I was talking about, and I explained I paid for one.
After my massage I was supposed to get a sugar foot rub. After my session my masseuse said, "ok done" and I ask, "okay are we doing the sugar rub in here?"
Extremely friendly front desk staff!! Every time I go there, someone greets me very nicely! Tawanda, Mia, Belette, & Chanel are all great deep tissue therapist! Keep up the good work!
The massage was great and relaxing but afterwards, the front desk guy totally ruined my experience. He was pressure selling me to buy a membership and wouldn't take no for an answer. I was trying to pay for the massage and he pretty much held my credit card hostage while he tried over and over again to get me to sign up for the membership to which I kept saying I wasn't interested (I at least told him no 5 times). He made me feel very uncomfortable and despite the massage being nice, I will not go back again. Also, when they say it's an hour long massage, it's really only 45-50 minutes as they came and got me 5 minutes late, allowed 5 minutes for you to undress and 5 minutes at the end to redress.
To top it off as I was leaving I saw my masseuse leave as well, after the front desk said she was available anymore.
I guess it was the end of her shift because she started to explain she was never informed of one and I should get it next time I'm there.
My visit was amazing today. The lady at the front desk was amazing, and so was my massage therapist, DeLoria! Thank you for a great massage today! I usually hurt after a massage, but today, I really feel relaxed! It was the best one yet! Thanks from a mom of a toddler and a crazy busy hairstylist!
This happened back in September, I wish I called them to complain but I was so upset and irritated I didn't even want to talk about it. If I could I would've called and asked for a refund.
Irritated I just went with it. I went to the front desk and asked to make an appointment for a sugar scrub, they told me I had to purchase a WHOLE different session (massage) In order to get one.... Are you kidding me?
I went in for a prenatal massage while I was 4 months pregnant. I was excited. I go in, the front desk seemed nice at first. I go in for my massage and the the masseuse told me she's never given a prenatal massage before... I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I wanted a peaceful massage but the whole massage time my masseuse kept talking to me- I love talking to people but I wanted a full 60 minutes of silence. I didn't really talk back to give the message that I wanted peace, I guess she didn't understand it.
Obviously I was already irritated the front desk pushed sales on me. After I said no the 'warm' welcome I felt when I first entered wasn't there anymore just because I didn't want to purchase anything else.
