I drive for Uber and I can't get a straight answer out of any of those people about insurance they tell me to call Uber and they're supposed to ensure the Uber drivers Watch them they're shady

Terrible. I thought they were handling my claim... Then all of the sudden they transfer it to another insurance company. The guy was dumb also that did the claim.
I've been with Sumser Insurance Professionals, formerly James River Insurance for over 10 years. They have been nothing but professional and courteous to me and my family. Both of my daughters have insurance policy with Sumser because of the great service provided. My eldest daughter works for the other James River Insurance company in the West End and they cover Uber claims, not this office.
They will never answer any phone call or massage or Email.
