Extremely rude and nasty lady that refused to speak kind, was very impatient. I had to hang up because she was so rude. I didn't get the help that I needed.
Have been in person and, most recently asked a question over the phone. In all cases, service has been prompt, helpful and courteous. Don't understand other comments about bad customer service.
Great service here, I am a veteran of the united States Marine corps and one of the clerk's is as well he gave fantastic service along with other clerk's it was quick and easy to get my social replaced. The only reason I didn't place five is because there is a long wait but then that is also to be expected at every single social security administration office. Great place.
Have been waiting for a month for paperwork i needed to open an account for a payee and they still havent generated the letter yet. I miss the one in Farmville cant wait to get over this.
