We have slowly stopped going to any other pet store and now only shop here. The employees are very nice and truly try to help anyway they can.
Toys are a little pricey, but you will not find another place like it. They have an incredible selection of dog food, treats, and toys. Not the typical stuff you find at petsmart.
This is my first time going here but I really like that it's closer to my home and that they seem to have a nice selection.
Fabulous store! Great selection on everything - food, treats, toys, beds and more! Love their bargain pricing - several items even beat an (very popular) online pet product retailer. Happy and friendly greeting, was asked if I needed help finding anything. I will be back!
Staff is friendly and helpful. After gaining custody of 3 Bichon Frises, I explained to Ryan, my groomer, how dogs had been mistreated, were afraid of people and fur was matted so badly that it was actually considered animal abuse. He was patient, compassionate, and really worked hard to make sure they weren't upset. It took all day to do 2 dogs, but they were SO messed up! I couldn't believe it when Ryan said dogs behaved and didn't try to bite. Dogs looked beautiful. A few days later, my blind, female dog disappeared from my home. I spoke with Ryan...he said that he was pretty sure that he had seen Fiona on a website for lost animals and would call me back. He found her after she was gone for 10 days! He went above the call of duty. Thanks to him, my family is back together, safe and sound. I'm definitely taking all 3 dogs back, hopefully within the week.
