Brought my car in - or rather the tow truck brought my car into this AAA Car Care facility and I feared the worse. Three hours after the tow truck left my house, I was called letting me know what the problem was and if I wanted it fixed, they would send a car to pick me up in 30 minutes. Done and done!! The care now runs great, the bill was fair, and the customer service was superior! Very happy with the people there. Should I need service again, I won't think twice about bringing it there.
take my Mercedes in because a bulb is out on low beam. Tech spends 5 minutes "researching" online. Says "that will be $300 as we have to take the bumper off to replace the bulb." I call a buddy of mine who works on cars, he calls me back in 5 minutes and says bring over a 6 pack of IPA's I got this. Bulb changed in 30 minutes and was $19... for the part. Won't be using this place again.
What a fantastic service experience. The care car team is fantastic and the car care manager is my hero. They have always been direct and honest with me and my wife. They really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I'm very glad to have them as our local car care..
In other words AAA, make sure that you never lose this dynamic duo or you will do yourselves a huge injustice.

I will only use this location for my travel needs! Shawn is so amazing! She takes her time to find out the exact vacation experience that you want, answers every question you have even if you ask the same one 20 times and never makes you feel stupid about the question that you are asking and I just know without a doubt that if God forbid there is a problem she will walk through hell to get the issue resolved. She is very humorous and kept everything lighthearted and flowing nicely.
I have been an AAA member since the mid 1980s. My experience at AAA Swift Creek has been mostly with Travel Agent, Shawn Cordle. She is excellent in her advice and service and is most professional in her work. She arranged a complete package of flights, cruise and tours in Alaska and individualized it all based on the needs and requests of the 12 families in our group. She also organized a trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show by coach and two nights stay in a hotel for members of my garden club. Shawn has an infectious love of travel and personal knowledge of many countries around the world. If Shawn was not available when I would drop by the office without an appointment, other agents were willing and able to help with tour books and maps and passport photos.
