Had a great experience today. Manager helped me make a sweet tea and offered me a larger cup free of charge. Then getting my bag to go, I started eating my baguette and the guy working the line gave me a second baguette for free! Very pleasurable experience tonight. Thanks Panera.
Very nice restaurant. Got my free bagel with no problem and it was delicious. They saw that the line was going to the door and got two people at the register. Took my order in a timely fashion. Enjoyed myself. And clean as well.
Ordered two sandwiches (made sloppily) with extra meat. Neither had extra meat. One didn't include the lettuce or tomatoes we ordered. Both salads we ordered were sloppily thrown together and even has old lettuce. Additionally, the delivery was late. Called the store and the phone rang until I was disconnected. Called a second time, chose the option for contacting a manager and got an employee who said he would pass my complaint on to a manager and my order would be refunded. We'll see. At least 3 to 5 days before verifying with my card. We were just really looking forward to tasty sandwiches, quickly and the way we ordered. Didn't think it would be this difficult.
This location knows how to treat its patrons and how to properly prepare the food. This is what extra romaine in a spicy Thai salad should look and feel like. The wait time was also minimal. Couldn't be more pleased. It was a bit chilly inside, so you may want to bring a light jacket, especially if you're planning to dine in.
30 minute wait... with two small children... we had to come and ask twice for our food. No attempt to make it right. No warning when ordering it would be a wait. Their system seems to just focus on Rapid Pick-Up....I will not be rushing back to Panera and their overpriced food anytime soon
