I am lucky enough to live near Melodie, who owns and makes all the confections sold at Sweetastic. My first purchase was a 5lb tub of white. modeling chocolate. Of course, as soon as I got home I tasted and played with the modeling chocolate. I tested it ability to absorb gel food coloring, and how elastic it was. I could not be happier with my purchase. The chocolate tasted wonderful, and was wonderfully workable, without getting too soft. And if the product was wonderful, it doesn't compare to Melodie. I've had the pleasure of talking to Melodie, sharing life and cake stories. Even if I could make a decent white modeling chocolate on my own, Melodie truly makes the company, and I will be a Sweetastic customer for life.
