Ryan McAllister is one of the nastiest bank people I have ever talked to. He is the bank manager and knows who I am but would not let me stick 600 CASH in my bank account without an ID. Another Lady said she would do it for me and he refused to let her. This is the 4th and last time they have given me a hard way to go. WILL SPEAK ILL OF BANK OF AMERICA EVERY CHANCE I GET. AWFULL BANK. SO DISRESPECTFUL
I recently went in to discuss loan options with Shobha Modi and she was wonderful. She answered every question I had (which was a ton) whether they were loan related or not. She really wanted to make sure we did the right thing for our family and had all of the information we needed. If you're in need of anything from that side of the bank I highly recommend her.
Lady writing bad reviews tried depositing money without an ID. Pretty straightforward that you can't do that. Pretty petty you have to get your friends to write bad reviews. Haven't had much experience with this Bank though.
I went to pay my credit card and the cashier alway have trouble to accept my payment they are work slow and always they have only one or two cashier i heat this location more with spnish people they are racist
