Mary gets 5 stars from me but the manager Taylor is the reason for this horrendous review. She can be nice sometimes but when she's in a mood she's impossible to work with. If you ever have any issues to resolve, GOOD LUCK!! Even the other locations have said they have had issues with her and her attitude. I wanted a simple gift card for a service that I transferred to a friend for her birthday. She wanted me to come back and get it tomorrow because she said it was "involved" to get it to me today. I called another location and got the gift card and when they called over to refund me the transfer fee she stated "I'm the manager and I'm not doing that." She has no understanding of what good customer service is. She's quick to tell people that she is the manager but won't use her authority to make customers happy. I have since cancelled my membership and will be signing up at the hill street location.
I had a great first experience at Hand & Stone. The service was wonderful, the rates are good, particularly with the membership deal, and the massage therapist is the best! I would tell you her name, but I don't want to make it difficult for me to schedule with her...oh, OK...it's Martina.
after a couple of quick questions from Martina, I was on the table. Within a couple of minutes of her starting my massage, I was feeling better! I think she found every knotted muscle in my back and legs!
I'll definitely be going back for another massage soon!
The staffs were professional, facility was amazing. I did facial through Desiree and she was great. I even signup for membership right after the session. Great service. You would not regret!
I had a massage and a facial. My facial was excellent, and it was done by Alyssa. I would highly recommend her. Five stars for her for sure! My massage lady had to be reminded four times to ease up on her pressure. She also seemed rushed and my total time in the bed was only 43 minutes. Three stars for her.
