I loved this salon the first couple of times I went. However this last experience was awful. I spent over $300 and 3 hours there and I did not get the color I wanted when the stylist assured me it would be exactly what I asked for. On top of that I gave it a week to see if the color grew on me (of course I just hated it more every day that passed) finally my mother called for me (since I didn't have time to call while I was at work) and the manager was actually rude to my mom. She was calling to see how much it would cost to fix it and if it could be fixed since they already "color corrected" and dyed my hair. I couldn't believe that the MANAGER was RUDE to her and it was her stylist's fault that my hair isnt the right color which of course she tried to blame me for and claimed that I just wanted something for free (even though I expected to pay not $300 of course since THEY dyed my hair the wrong color but I was not expecting a free service). I will NEVER go here again after this experience.
The staff at the salon is very professional, very helpful, and very personable. Totally recommend going!

Fabulous experience at salon del sol hull street! I had Shay as my stylist and what a fabulous experience it was. I feel Shay went above and beyond what was actually scheduled for me that day, due to my lack of communication as to what I thought I needed.Shay made extra time in her schedule that wasn't really there, to make me happy! The end product with my hair was phenomenal. I am not from town, but from Wisconsin. I already have a return appointment with Shay, for September when I'm back in Virginia.
Love these talented hair artists and nail artist. The staff here is very personable and nice. I can't say enough good things about them. Awesome ladies.
