My experience with Avis Car rental was absolutely wonderful, the rental was convenient, gas mileage was excellent and customer service was great at the Midlothian, Virginia location.
Called to arrange a car for an insurance covered car accident. They "guessed" they had a vehicle for me. I arrive and the whole office had gone home early that day leaving me stranded.
We Worked with Chris to rent a 10 passenger van to take our youth group up to DC. He was easy to work with and our van was ready right on time. We'll definitely be using this location again for our future needs.

Charged $150 for cleaning services when we picked up the car it was very dirty. The owner is a scam artists, charging you for additional items after you leave. He even looked over car before we left and said everything was good. We will never rent from this location again, I will tell everyone to go else where. The lady at the desk was very rude and looked to be on drugs as she was slurring. Never again! Poor service!
