I was told 10 minute wait for my buy back, instead I waited over an hour. And when I complained, there was no apology, manager just handed coupons to staffer ringing me up. I tossed coupons in trash on my way out- don’t waste your time! You get beans for your clothes & customer service is non existent.
Decent selection, a little over priced for used clothing. Confusing checkout area.
Good place to go if you have kids or is expecting. There is a small play place to let your kids go there while you gather clothes, books or toys. There are nice maternity clothes and other children clothes and I believe adult sizes as well.
I was here with a friend. They DID reject a good amount of her items, but they had a VERY nice selection of clothes in stock, so it's good they are picky. All of the clothing I saw looked good as new, prices were very low compared to retail, staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and sorted through friend's items as quickly as could be expected. Like most consignment shops they will give you a bonus percentage if you go with store credit instead of cash. They happily have my friend cash and were understanding that she wanted to take the rejected items back for friends/relatives instead of donating them (they provide a receipt for the donation, as well). Very well-run operation and I think it's pretty smart because kids grow out of this stuff WAY faster than it wears out!
Love the selection of clothing but otherwise this place is a nightmare, screaming kids, parents don't watch their kids, kids running around. If u want to sell your clothes they are very disorganized, it takes forever and they won't sort thru them unless you are in the store so plan on staying a while!
