The guy that helped me was fine, but the clothes shrunk after the first wash and no longer fit like the time I bought them, so they must now hang in my closet until I lose weight. (which isn't necessarily a bad thing).
Men’s Wearhouse rented my husband and his brother’s tuxedos for our wedding. I was excited that they were able to flawlessly match the ties to a ribbon on my dress thanks to their affiliation with David’s Bridal. Aside from that we did have a few minor issues. One associate gave them not so great fashion advice. He recommended that the brother wear a red vest so that he could stand out as the best man, but there were no other groomsmen so it just looked tasteless, didn’t even match the pattern of the tie, and would’ve taken attention away from the groom. My husband did order it, so of course that was on him but this was his first tux and he took the recommendation of the employee. Thankfully we went to get the order a few days prior to the wedding and they were able to change out the vest, so I give them credit for that. There were also no belt loops or buttons for suspenders, nor did they recommend that we get clip-on suspenders so my husband didn’t remove his jacket the whole evening because he was trying to hide the fact that his trousers were traveling south. I was kind of frustrated with this as he looked great with just his vest but couldn’t show it off, and I feel like this was something they should have anticipated. I would recommend that future customers consult with someone experienced and trustworthy since the employees aren’t necessarily dependable in that area.
I was fitted for pants out of town and came for a wedding nearby. Since there wasn't time to order another set, my local store called here and they searched high and low to find pants that fit correctly in stock. Thanks!
