Basket arrived melted and stinky. Called the store and they said they'd send another one right out. Three hours later, no basket and we've been stuck at the house just waiting. We just wasted $80.....update: our replacement looks just like we expected it should have to begin with. We were given a balloon and extra chocolate covered strawberries for free.
Very bad experience, they took it upon themselves to change my order to a pickup instead of delivery without any notification. They did credit my account 14.99 for delivery but when I called to see why it still wasn't delivered they told me it was their mistake and have it delivered without charge. Next day I check my account and they had fraudley charged my account the delivery fee without any notice or permission. This was my first time using this company and it will be the last.
Received a delicious basket of fruit for my birthday. It was fresh and so very good. Looked lovely and we enjoyed every bite.
I would order again.
