These people suck don't do business with them. I wouldn't even give them a full star I had to give them one so it would let me rate them. They delivered a day before schedule and not even to the floor i specified. I called and gave specific instructions to 5th floor nurse's station in which it was supposed to be delivered, the lady told me it wouldn't be a problem. The Chocolate was melted to one another and stale. My wife had to leave her work floor which is a major problem and retrieve flower arrangements and chocolates on the first floor because they refused to bring them up, keep in mind I gave specific instructions to 5th floor nurse's station and they said it wouldn't be a problem when I talked to lady on the phone. The lady argued with me and repeatly said that I got the product that their was nothing she could do other than a partial refund of 65.00 which I think is not enough spending 200.00 on flowers and chocalates, I asked for half off and she refused. My wife was embarrassed for having to leave her work floor as a nurse and embarrassed that all the chocolates were stale because co-workers were going to eat them too. It was a bad Birthday experience for my wife and I. I would stay away from these people.

I placed my order about 9:30 this morning and it was delivered before 2 today! I couldn't have been happier and my mom loved the arrangement as well. My dad sent me a photo of the arrangement it is just as cute in person as it was online.
I have never been so moved by a business as I have by Jeni at Harbour Point Florist. My younger sister passed away suddenly last week. In all the chaos, we dropped the ball on the flowers for the funeral. I called about 10 minutes before closing in a panic the day before her viewing asking if they would have enough time to do flowers if I came in first thing the next morning. Jeni told me to come on in since I was already on my way. She let us in and locked the doors. She told us to take our time and helped us choose the right flowers for my sister. She stayed an hour past closing and had the arrangements (the most beautiful ones I've ever seen) at the funeral home on time the next day. Her work was beautiful and exactly what we were promised. She even followed up with me to make sure we had everything right. I cannot put into words how much this meant to me and my family during this difficult time. I would recommend this florist to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for helping my family, Jeni. You are a truly amazing person and business owner with a heart of gold. Thank you!! ♥

I've gone to them since they opened. Great arrangements, pricing and the flowers have always lasted a good while. I highly recommend them.

I ordered one thing, sent me something different after charging me $111 for my original order. Their reply "we must have run out and had to substitute " No courtesy call asking if that was acceptable. Just charged me and delivered. That's bad business.
