Stopped by to look around and shared with salesperson what I had in mind. Ms Reeta took me directly to pieces I fell in love with for the den. Was also thinking about living room furniture and shared with her my ideas. She showed me several options and I quickly selected pieces. Ms Reeta is definitely good at reading people as well as good at her job!
I was very pleased with in-store customer service. I was not as pleased with the delivery. My bedroom and living room furniture sets were delivered by a local trucking company. I asked that they take my living room sofa and loveseat through my front door that was 5 inches wider than the back door. The driver refused and he and his helper literally shoved the furniture through the back door. Thank goodness it was wrapped in plastic and cardboard. When they set up my bed they did not make sure I was pleased with the placement before fully assembling the frames that raised the mattress. (I will take some responsibility because i was in another room moving furniture while they were putting up the bed.) When i realized the bed was 2 feet off center I asked the driver to help me move my bed and he refused. When my husband contacted customer service he was told he would receive a call back and he never did.
Our sales representative, Krista Ellis was just amazing to work with! We we're torn between several bedroom suites and mattress sets, yet she never gave any indication that she was annoyed with our undecivessness. The only thing we were sure of was the purchases for our kitchen and dining room and that we wanted a comfortable mattress to sleep on. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Would certainly work with her when furniture shopping again!!! What an asset to your company this young lady is!!!!
We had a great experience at the Hull St. location. Rita was so patient with us, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I came in with intentions to simply look and was refusing to consider purchase today. We came 30 minutes before closing and we stayed 45 minutes after they closed (ugh). Her demeanor never changed and she remained focused on us. There was no high pressure tactics and I feel great about our purchase. Thank you Rita for everything.
