Stephen Tape made this experience absolutely fantastic. Didn’t rush me nor did he gain impatience with my persistence to ask every question under the sun. I will be back because of Stephen Tape!! We tried every chair in the building and I mean every chair. From power to glider back to power and I felt comfortable doing so because of Stephen tape ! Thanks for the great shopping experience
Was looking for a quality pair of recliners with remote for heat and massage also wanted one that would lift you up, this model does not come with heat and massage or this one to get heat and massage you have to add the $1000.00 lift? The options are not friendly for what you pay for. I spent $2700.00 on two recliners and feel like I paid to much for what I am getting.
I'm happy with this business. I don't see the sales reps as being "pushy," as someone wrote here. They are doing their job, which is to make sales. I've appreciated their input. Some of the prices are too high, especially in their accessories, but they do stand by their sales terms that if a better discount comes up in 30 days (I think that's right), you get the best deal. I've purchased a very nice recliner for my mother, two area rugs, 12 yards of fabric to coordinate with the recliner for two old chairs, and some accent pillows. So far, all has gone very well.
Poor construction of chair 2 chairs of same model not Consistent. Brought one chair to house would not except it because the wires were suppose to be Monted on wood frame was not. Was promised that the next chair would be taken out of the box to make sure that there would be no problem with the chair. The second had the same defect. So from my experience I would buy another brand chair. Lazy boy chairs at living off of the quility of they way use to build them. Was lied to about what they said they would do. Stay away from this company.
We're very pleased with our new recliner. We know it's a great product because this is our third one. The sales staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. I would highly recommend this product.
