American family is a hold standard in health facilities. This one in RVA is one of the best most amenities in the area
The facility is well maintained both inside and out. The equipment is well maintained and clean. AMF doesn't smell like a gym. The men's locker room is always clean. The staff always greet you as you walk through the door and say good-bye as you leave. Nice touch. Each staff member I've interacted with has been personable and seems genuinely concern that you're getting the best possible experience. Dale is available to the members and walks the floor and interacts with them. Well done.
Some of the girls at the front desk seem like they hate their job. Don't even try to fake it.
Love coming here with my kids.. definitely a family friendly environment..love that there is some much you can do and the staff are very professional and friendly
