Another customer was in there and said it was her first time at "Best Cleaners" too and they charged her $32 for two items to be dry cleaned. Plus, they were rude to her as well.
Please just save your time & money and go to another dry cleaners. My dress still has a large stain at the bottom by the way. In total I paid the original $10 plus the $14. $24 to have one dress cleaned that's not even clean.
My family and I have been using Best Cleaners for years. They are very friendly and the service is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Wow-what an unprofessional business. Paid $10 to have a dress dry cleaned. Came in with my receipt showing I had alreadypaid for the cleaning. The last 4 digits of my credit card number were even on the receipt. They inform me I should have paid $14. So they are adamant I owe them $4 more dollars. I certainly did not decide to pay $10 originally, THEY told me it costs $10! The woman who runs this business is absolutely nasty in the way she talks to customers. I just agreed to pay them the silly $4 and move on with my life. It's only $4 that were disagreeing over here-not worth my time-just the principal that they are dishonest. They snatched my credit card and charged me $14!!!! Remember, I already paid them $10 and have the receipt I my hand. HOW is this disaster of a business still around?
I've been using Best Cleaners for a very long time. The staff is very friendly and remember me. Whenever I come in to pick up my clothes, they always have them up front waiting for me.
