WORST experience with customer service I have ever experienced in my life! They messed up on my bridesmaid dress by taking it in to much, when we went in there to get it fixed they were telling us that she was not the person who came in there and that the girl she pinned the dress on was "skinner"! We explained to them it was the same person, they wouldn't do anything to help us. Instead they started yelling at us telling us that we were wrong and the dress had only been taken in an inch, which was not true it was more than an inch. For someone like me who works with customers every day, I would NEVER start yelling at my customers and telling them they're wrong! Whatever happened to "the customers always right" motto?! Very disappointed and I will never go back there for anything!
