On Sunday we placed an order online at this Papa Johns. We set up a time for pick of 1:45 PM because we had to be at a kids birthday with the pizza by 2PM. The online order was set up at placed over an hour before the scheduled pick up time. We arrived to pick up the pizza just after 1:45 PM. The girl who was working (had on a black shirt so I am assuming she was shift manager) informed me that she hadn't even started our pizzas yet. She then proceeded to make a string of excuses for why the food wasn't ready. She first said they had gotten busy. I pointed out that there wasn't a single order on the screen & only a few pizzas waiting to be picked up (they weren't busy). She then whined that she was working alone (staffing issues are not the customers fault). She then claimed she hadn't seen our order when it came in (so it was really just her fault). As she walked away from the front to start making our food for the kids party (already 5 mins after it was supposed to be done) she was mumbling under her breath and complaining loudly at me over her shoulder. I told her it wasn't good business to yell at customers when you screw up. After the food was done (15 mins late & an hour and a half after the original order was placed online) the first girl was nowhere to be seen in the store. Another employee who had seen the entire situation rang up the order. No discount was offered or apology for the screw up or the behavior of the first employee. If I had been ordering this food just for a regular family dinner I would have walked out without the food but because it was for a kids birthday party that I was now late for I was stuck. I will never use this Papa Johns store again & recommend no one else's does.
It took eleven phone calls, three days, and three different drivers to bring me my ONE pizza. I feel like the recipient of the Krusty Krab Pizza aka SpongeBob SquarePants when he took forever to deliver a pizza.

The are convenient and inexpensive
today is the 26th of December. I sent in an order at 9:35pm for 16 wings. It is now 11:10pm,you guys are closed ,and still i have not gotten my wings. If i was gonna be hungry tonight you guys could have at least given me a heads up. If you guys were busy ,out of wings or just not open today,then you should have updated your site or given a call to let me know. This new years resolution will be to order more from pizza hut for sure.
