Kayaked here from Watkins Landing. What a great park! It was packed with people and people with dogs and kids. It was a cool place. A great easy paddle too! Just over 4 miles!
Right on the James River and on the edge of Chesterfield County is this pretty little park. The views are lovely.
A cool hidden place to enjoy the James but I do believe you have to be a resident of the lane to us.
Go here often. Nice trails, access to river, playground for kids and restrooms. Love this place. Very scenic and lots of wildlife, but sometimes snakes. They also have paddleboards and kayaks for rent.
Really nice. Most people don't have access to a park like this in their own neighborhood.
