Disappointed with this visit
The food itself was mediocre. We've had really good meals here, this just wasn't their day. The burgers were lukewarm and sloppily assembled. The tots were lukewarm as well and not very crispy.
Very unhappy with how my order turned out tonight. My tator tots were completely fried and my chicken was as well. My fiancé asked if she could get new tator tots due to how fried they were and they did give us new ones, however, the ones they gave us were even worse than the first batch. My chicken was all breading, no meat at all inside. We also ordered two Oreo Sonic Blasts that looked amazing! The only problem was, there was only Oreos on the top.. no Oreos were mixed into the ice cream. I am very unhappy with my experience and food here. On top of that, when driving by the store, all employees were standing around in a circle, eating, drinking and talking. Besides the worker helping us at the window, it did not seem like work was getting done.
This place never gets an order right. Just ordered 3 shakes for the family. Got home and all 3 were incorrectly made. This has happened on several occasions. Good luck getting your customized burger right also... This place is a joke...
The kiosk we were using was broken and not accepting payment. The staff was aware of this but didn't post a sign or otherwise indicate it wasn't working. The person who brought out the order seemed quite put out about it. When we determined the food order was incomplete and a burger was missing, they went and got one, but clearly wasn't happy about it.
Will we be back? Probably. Will it be anytime soon? No. Maybe next summer when we get nostalgic for drive-in food and nothing else is around.
The service was food and service was fantastic. The people working were very nice and friendly and the milk shakes and food that we bought were all made very well.
