I'm generally not a big fan of chains like this but this particular TGI's stands out. Fun bar atmosphere with just a great setup for watching sports and having a good time. We always sit in the bar because the service is awesome. All the bar staff becomes your bartenders and servers. Collectively they all work together to serve the bar patrons which just works phenomenally. Excellent management, clean and has yet to disappoint in the 5 or 6 times we've visited. The food is good and consistent with the franchise.
We stopped in for a quick dinner and a drink after work and had another pleasant dinner. Greeted at the door by Tina and at the hostess station by John we immediately felt welcomed. Our server, Madison, was friendly and knew the menu and her service was timely. A superstar in the making. Our burgers were very good and the fries were hot and plentiful. Only the absence of the avocado on the Black Bean burger kept this from being a 5 star night. But major props to John who sent the kitchen manager to the store to restock. Good job everybody. See you soon.
Food was horrible. Kept on having to return food. It was not prepared as asked. I asked for no sauces they kept on putting it on. Fries returned twice. Seasoning was poured on. Had asked for plain. Server was wonderful and so was the manager. Patrons next to us also returned their fries. Giving it one more try because staff was wonderful as far as waitress and manager.
Wonderful friendly staff - great place to chill in early afternoon that's not crowded or rushed. Plenty of televisions, Good music and menu items. Especially enjoyed our entertainer and server "Mandy"!
Whenever you go, ask for her. She's amazing.
It's a chain restaurant that feels like a chain. On my last visit my server seemed flighty and forgetful. Apparently she had just found out her grandmother passed away, so we were told my another waitress who tried to help her out. I definitely empathize with her and hope she is ok. Here is my but, I don't get out often, especially with my daughter and the friend I was with, I wanted to enjoy my meal. I don't want to be worried about if I'm going to get another cup of water for my toddler or have to constantly ask the other servers passing by for help. We were also rushed out the door. Again, I empathize with her but she did ruin my experience to enjoy myself. I wish she would have taken care of herself and didn't have to worry about still trying to work. Hope she's doing better.
