Great store. Super clean and organized. The staff is friendly and energetic. They love animals and it shows in the knowledge and enthusiasm they portray. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my pets.
Barely any pets or fish, the parakeets are basically wild. 3 out of 5 stars, would not go again.
This location had a tough couple years in the grooming department. They've stabilized enough to take the dogs here for nails , but I prefer Good Dog Grooming for anything more.
I really wish I could give 0 stars ! I've been here twice and disappointed both times.I have 2 dogs. Understanding that there will be some difficulties when dealing with animals however, these people are not qualified to walk a dog much less groom them. I was told that the groomer was not able to groom my whole dog on both visits. My large dog comes out soak and wet both times. They staff there are rude and wouldn't take my babies back there if they offered free grooming forever. Extremely unprofessional and terrible grooming!
Very helpful staff. They were able to steer me toward a better product for my dog.
