Absolutely an incredible experience that far exceeded any expectations. John was phenomenal and genuinely a great guy. Even JP was helpful along the way and you get to meet everyone from the different departments. They truly made me feel like the wanted to find the best bike for me and always looked out for my safety. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I will be referring everyone to go see John and know I will be back for more gear, upgrades, and potentially upgrading my bike down the road. Thank you to everyone there for all of your incredible help and making me always feel welcome.

I had been to several dealers in and out of state and all promised me the best deal. Went by Steel Horse just to see what they could do for me with my metric trade on a new bike. Not only did they give me the best deal of any dealer I had been to, the staff were all super nice. John and Mike tag teamed the paperwork to get the deal knocked out as quickly as possible and they also stayed over an hour past closing to help me get parts I wanted and go over the bike with me. Not only that, because I rode in with my trade and didn't think about how I would get home, they were nice enough to go out of their way to give me a ride back to my house. I felt like I got a great deal on a new Softail Slim and everyone from sales, to parts to other employees coming up and saying hi made the experience awesome. I would highly recommend Steel Horse to anyone looking for a new bike.
