We had an excellent experience with the team at Car N Go. My son is a military member that was purchasing his first car. He had a specific budget and vehicle type in mind which made it tough for us initially. Our first stop was CNG a few weeks ago. They were closed for the evening but Mike answered some questions about vehicles and encouraged us to come back.
Customer service is GREAT ! Found the car online, called and Skip went over the condition and options on my car. I never thought i would drive almost 2 hours to buy a car. When I got there car was as described and Skip and Mo made it easy and fun to buy. Thanks again guys, LOVE my Lexus!!!!

We looked around and went back to CNG a week after, thankfully! After having the typical used car shopping experience, Mike, David and Darnisha kicked it up a notch. Mike helped through every step from navigating the experience with the bank to warranty education and I couldn't have been a happier parent. I watched my son make his first purchase and was confident that he wasn't taken advantage of in the process. He purchased a Honda with way less miles than an early aughts vehicle should have. We asked for an audio upgrade to include an aux cord and they surprised my son with a full Bluetooth system so that he could be handsfree and have a better experience driving his car.

Just bought a 2003 Honda Element EX yesterday, with only 80,000! I'm very pleased with it! Dave was great to talk to. I drove about 2 hrs from Virginia Beach and left around 3:30 pm. I figure with traffic I'd be cutting it close. They normally close at 6 pm and he said he would be willing to wait for me, which was really cool of him. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Making the final sale with Mike was a great experience. He had a way of negotiating without that awkward feeling you get when talking numbers. I appreciate him working with me on the final sale and I felt he did all he could to be fair about everything. He even helped me square a few things with my insurance to make my life easier. I'd say a good hour or so past closing time, they both were still there tending to my needs without rushing me and made sure I'd be okay before we all left the lot. Both Dave and Mike were very accommodating, personally and professionally. Glad I ventured off to another dealership and not just settled for one closer to home. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Kudos to these guys at Car N Go!
