Every so often I end up paying much more than I expect here, but it is always worth it. One time, I had a flat tire and instead of just sealing it, they recommended replacing 2 tires, which made me question them, but the nail was in the corner of the tire and was not safe to plug and of course it is better to have parallel tires have the same wear. So they were right in keeping me safe.

So in short, this is a great dealership, and I will continue to go here. Plus a free car wash!

I purchased a vehicle about a year ago and had a great experience however, I recently had my vehicle inspected as well as the tires rotated and can not say the same about my experience. This may sound petty to some but I was told all fluids were topped off just to find out the next morning my whiper fluid was bone dry. Did you really have to lie about $3 whiper fluid?? Did you even rotate my tires?? The absolute least Honda could have done after me purchasing numerous vehicles from them is to be HONEST.

Very helpful and accommodating. Mr. Young was especially helpful. and showed a genuine desire to help us get the car we wanted and not push us to get the car the dealership wanted us to get. Exactly what a car salesman should do in our opinion. Very refreshing and welcome.

I'm very impressed with this dealership. They met and beat the price quoted from other dealerships and provided high quality service. I worked with Don Young and Charles Carr who were both very friendly, kind, and personable. They did not have the Honda civic in the color I wanted so the manager pulled some strings and got it there the next day. I could not have had a better experience!

I am very impressed with the quality of service from this dealership. They almost always make time available (although it can be tougher on weekends). Their service is top notch, especially for those with Hondas.

It was a great experience working with Don. He was informative and clear about understanding my requirements. He was very helpful with getting me the car I wanted within my budget. He was also very patient with me during this process and made me feel like I am now part of the Honda family. Please relay my gratitude for a job well done!

On a second trip, they noted that I had to have my transmission fluid changed, and that upset me when I researched it and found out that my mileage was half of what was recommended for this maintenance for my car. But then on further research, it turned out my car has a transmission issue and should be changed twice as often. They were correct in keeping me safe. And their cost was average for the work.
