My experience involved an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was nice and the layout of the customer lounge was spacey. I like the fact that you receive a packet detailing specs about your car and recommendation with description. Most places only give you the carbon copy of what they checked and what's wrong. In a few months I will be back for a major service since I haven't had one yet and after that experience hopefully I can go 5 stars.. but over all satisfied customer...
I've been to several other Chevy dealers in the area and they all managed to lose my business because of poor customer service. There are few companies that know what customer service is and how it should be executed. I honestly don't think companies having a customer service training or policy program in place. Haley was a step above the competition, but they seem to be like all the rest. I call well ahead to make my appointments or use the web form. On this trip i asked to have my truck exterior washed. I specifically told the service writer I want the wash you pay for not the courtesy wash. The courtesy wash is a kid with a hose spraying your vehicle down. Well I think their regular wash is the same thing. I'm guessing the two kids washing vehicles aren't paid well and probably don't have tremendous incentive to go above and beyond. From the look of my truck they don't take pride in their work either. This is a 2017 Chevy only s couple months old and cleaned regularly, so it wasn't like it was caked in mud. Haley is fair to good I can't go any higher than a 3. I won't get into the repeating all my info every time I get there when I gave all the info over the phone or via the web at the time of scheduling.
I would rate them as a 5 but there is a constant problem. The customer service, turn around time, and facility is impressive. Their service is amazing. However, there is an inconsistency with one aspect of their service. Every time I have my tires done here there is always an issue with an imbalance, which causes a wobble when I am driving. Even if I don't have a problem with my tires when I arrive, there is an issue when I leave. EVERY TIME!! Outside of that everything is great. Out of all of their great consistencies, this one is a major turn off. Also, I do drive 45 minutes just to use their service.
Salesman's name was shady lol. Did really well at getting me what I was looking for, and in a short amount of time. Was really helpful and replied back pretty fast to any questions via text. Worth stopping by if you are looking for a vehicle around that area.
I have had great experiences at Haley. The staff is great and always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience and visit worth while. And the new facility is state of the art.
