Paid for a full detail inside and out for $129. The third row was barely touched. Food and trash are still on the floor (mini van). The seats were spot treated at best.. Little to no leather protectant. Really sloppy job. The outside wax job was decent. Outside looked much better than the inside. Save your money and call a mobile retailer or drive to another full service wash. Shame the work is so sloppy.
Quick service for the price. Waiting area was comfy and nice. I just had to ask staff to re vacuum some areas of my vehicle.
Paid for the $30 wash.... upon inspection after they stated they were done cleaning, the mats weren't washed, and it looks like they didn't even vacuum the interior one bit. Hubby asked them to please wash mats, and vacuum the interior again... worker rolled his eyes at hubby, then hit the door against the vacuum pole when retrieving the mats, and didn't even apologize. After the second time they completed the job, interior still looked like it wasn't vacuumed and 2 out of the 4 mats were completely dry and not washed... After pointing this out, store manager came over and finished the job.
Horrible. Do not go! Only in it for the quick buck. If you have a car you care about, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! Read the reviews carefully and you will see what I mean!
Normally fast and efficient service. If you plan on getting your car detailed, call ahead and make an appointment. Sales staff told me it would be done in 45 minutes, it's been 3 hours and they're just now starting on my car. Several times over the last three hours I've been told they'll start "in a half hour". Oh, and the public WiFi doesn't work.
