Would give zero stars if I could. Very busy and long waits this last friday. I had a basic wash and when I got out to vacuum my jeep what did I see? HALF OF MY ASSEMBLY MISSING ON THE TRUNK! NOT TRIM!This is a factory bolted on IMMOVABLE piece. It lights up the license plate. I don't care if it's a 1999 and over 10 years old. This is UNNACEPTABLE! NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED!!!
I have been going to this car wash for probably the better part of five years now and even though they have raised their prices of their car wash a little bit it is definitely worth it. They offer new packages everything from just a plain old wash two rain repellent and waxing. The vacuums are also very nice, free with a car wash by the way. And plenty of trash cans to get rid of all that stuff in your car that's been sitting there forever!
I've never received a bad car wash before, until now. They opened late, no bug prep plus I didn't see any soap on the cars in front of me or on mine. I also tried to call back to express my experience and received voice mail. I will not be returning to this location again. I will use the six dollar wash down the street, which is outstanding
Don't waste your money. Go to Carpool! Attendants are idiots, $20 wash is mediocre at best.
I usually go to another one and never had any problems. I shouldn't have to go through the court system but if they don't fix it I am left with no choice.
Worst customer service in town. Attendant ran my 20 dollars with half off coupon then refused to give me my 10 dollars in change. Repeat weekly customer will take business somewhere else.
