I am a Best Buy Elite member and rarely have problems, until today. I purchased a defective item that was over $3k and they charged me a %15 re-stocking fee to return. Leaving this as a review as a first step and warning to everyone else before I pursue litigation.
Seriously have never had worse customer service in my entire life. Some close this place down. I shouldn't even be able to put 1 star.
Made me and my fiance wait in a line all the way to the back of the store just to give us "permission" to check out at the register. Both of us are disabled, can't stand for long periods and have very bad asthma. NEVER going back, stupid policy and rude employees especially the supervisor Josh. Thanks for nothing
