Great customer service very professional. Dealt with 3 staff members all were good. Jessica Nosse spent the most time with us and was most impressive. We transferred our numbers over from Verizon Wirelessly and she made it all a very smooth process!

Landed at this store after many attempts to get my phone unlocked without losing data. Even though I had to get the hard reset in the end, Andy was very knowledgeable, showed me a lot of my data was still retrievable elsewhere and even made recommendations to 3rd party vendors BEFORE I made the big swipe. He made an unpleasant experience bearable and I walked away happy and knowing how to prevent that from ever happening again. THIS is the Sprint Store you want to go to!!! They're AWESOME!
Layout is dizzying, no rhyme or reason to multiple phones and plans advertised here. Customer service, one time, was awesome when it was me alone with four employees, but the other 8 or 9 times I have been here were terrible experiences. The only thing worse than having to go to a Sprint store is trying to fix an issue with Sprint over the telephone. Why am I a stockholder in this company (Sprint)?
