I drive 1-1/2 hours to get to the Genito Patient First, that should say enough.
I absolutely love not having to make an appt to come here. I work in northern VA and get home after 5pm and i can be seen here which is fantastic! I had the pink eye and needed treatment but couldn't afford to take a day off work so I came after work and was seen and prescribed my ointment and was able to get my medicine while I was there. Absolutely Awesome, and the staff are all super friendly with smiles, I love all patient first offices!
If there is a bright side to needing medical assistance, it's the Patient First at Genito.
Today was my 1st time going to any Patient First and the staff was really friendly. They explained everything to me nice & clearly.
But, in the event you want more; the staff is always the best. Seldom there is a long wait, when there is it's understandable.
I agree with Rick Ericson 100%!!! Staff is awesome and Dr Karen Hatch is very thorough. All the staff and docs are great!!!.

This place is awesome. Had to go for an emergency on July 30th ( I think that was the date). I so miss the days when people cared about their patients, smiled, treated you like a human being and did their best to make you feel comfortable. These people did all of that. What a wonderful staff. Great doctor, front desk personnel, nurses, patient care. All of them were a team. I felt they cared about my pain. I would highly recommend them and go here again before any emergency room unless of course I had too. Thank you so much.
