Great hospital and loving staff, they treated us like family while being here with my husband who had surgery unexpectedly.
I will definitely ask my Doctor for another Therapist Group as Sheltering Arms, obviously, does not respect or appreciate new patients such as me.
Everyone was respectful kind and caring. I enjoyed my stay. I was well taken care of. Thanks to all. I would love to work there in that Hospital in the future.
I was there this morning around 1045 to make an appt. as a new patient. Three ladies (employees) behind a glass screen which was in plain view of me, never acknowledged my presence in any form, PERIOD! Perhaps, my business is not welcomed with Sheltering Arms. Finally after seven minutes, I timed my wait, I interrupted them, and I asked if I could "disturb" the office located in Chester, to get a new patient appointment. I was told "of course", almost cynically/obligingly!
