Never too busy, but always pretty quick service. Great burgers made to order. And I'd recommend the '"Little" fries. That is the smallest they offer and it is the size of most places' medium.
Food always made correctly to order, and my goodness you get a boat load of fries. And it's always good, and one of the few places I can get root beer.
I would've posted a picture but I ate it. Little bacon cheeseburger with extra crunchy bacon. Oh! And a side of Cajun fries.
Offline ordering is a false advertisement, giving you a false sense that by ordering online, food will be ready within 5 min +/- what their online pick up time states. After ordering online, driving 4 miles to it, still had to wait 40 minutes before food was ready. They didn't start working on my online order until the last 6 minutes of the 42 minute wait time. Fast food is fast food for a reason, the convenience of ordering online for a planned faster service was a moot point because the 5 guys employees did not know how to manage or prioritize the product and service they offer. The "main guy" tried to explain "well we had 12 orders in front of you" which to me is a weak excuse for poor performance and customer service. If the order was placed online at 6:23 pm and the website states a pick up time of 6:32 pm, the order was being made at 6:50 and handed to me at 7:02 pm. So much for fast food. If you have the technology, learn to use it, and apply it to improve your performance and service delivery. Otherwise, don't advertise it as if you can meet the standards you advertise. This is the 5 Guys branch in Chesterfield Crossing, Midlothian, by O'Charleys across of the Wal-Mart and home depot.
The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars is the price. Two burgers, one fries and two soft drinks...$21? It's very good food but also vastly overpriced. And they've got a tip jar out on the counter, too!
