If I could give them no stars I would! The customer service is worst than the broad rock location! The workers in the back are phenomenal! Never not busy working! However the manager or the one always on the register is ridiculous! Horrible attitude, not friendly or welcoming at all! I'd rather drive to another location than go to the one closet to me! I don't understand how u call an order in for cheese bread and get told it'll be 10-15 mins and wait 20mins to leave home just to pull up and have some arrive after u and order Cheese bread and a pizza,but some how both order comes out at the same time! It was pointless to call the order in also tied up my time! If I wanted to wait I would've just walked in and ordered! To top it off the manager gives her, her food before me! Shows no type of sympathy or express his apologies for the wait! Even the worker in the back apologized for the inconvenience, but somehow the manager (standing right in front of me) didn't see the issue! Beyond fed up with this location never a good/ in and out experience! It's always something!
Good place for cheap fast pizza for the kids/family. Not good for high quality, but really it's cheap pizza what do you want?
Dawn is great. I ordered a pizza which i had to wait for so I sat in my car. A few minutes later, she brought out my pizza with napkins, cheese, and pepper packets. She didn't have to do that but she went out of her way to make sure I got my pizza. She deserves some recognition!!! Awesome job!
Always busy but always seem to have plenty of pizza ready...I sometimes go in and line is at the door but it moves quickly. Pizza always good, they always have the wings ready which my son HAS to have! Never a bad experience here and stop there weekly
