Haven't been in awhile, Fridays was packed and wanted something fast, so I figured I'd give it another shot. Ordered the chorizo burrito and it tasted more like taco sauce, plus the don't even offer jalapenos and the charge you for sale chips. Now I know why Moe's is 100 times better. Guess I should have known better. This is my last time here...
Whilst visiting the states, I found out I really, REALLY like Chipotle. Service was quick and efficient. Food was ace. Nom.
I'm very disappointed with the bag of chips and guacamole. They do charge you for a full order but the bag was not even a quarter full and guacamole was starting to look dark color. For what you pay you expect a way better quality control.
The only reason I give it 3 instead of 5 is because it depends on who is working when you visit. There was one employee this past summer that gave very small portions and when you requested more she was obviously annoyed and had a huge attitude. You could feel the disdain emanating through her. My husband stopped dining here because of her. She must have been a summer employee because I haven't seen her (thank goodness) but it still reflects poorly on their customer service standards. The fall crowd is much friendlier, though :-)
I am a regular here, I go here at least once to twice a week. My husband and I have a gluten allergy and they are great about it. All you need to do if you have it is tell them and they will change their gloves and the spoons in everything. My husband and I have never gotten sick from it either. The staff are very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.
