Good food, customer service was great. The place was very clean. Definitely will coming back.
giving 2 stars due to retail side being good but restaurant is bad, maybe 1 star, if that ... love Cracker Barrel but this location has really bad restaurant staff and food ... last 3 visits, they were out of many items mid afternoon ... hostess/waitresses have NO COMMON SENSE when seating disabled customers ~ many empty tables are passed by while taking you to back of restaurant when using cane or walker ... saw this happen to over a dozen elderly/disabled customers in my past couple of visits ... now if that's done to me, I will pick my own table up front and let the idiots figure out why! Gave this location another try last night and it was even worse than before ... couldn't get down aisle to restaurant due to merchandise displayed on floor blocking HC access through aisle, walker would fit through aisle until son moved merchandise so I could get through ... then waited at hostess stand for 10 minutes and were never greeted till I had to ask cashier why we were being ignored ... once seated, waited another 10-15 mins before we got a waitress (and only after asking if anyone was going to wait on us) ... finally got to order and guess what? they didn't have what we came to order again ... so we left and went elsewhere for dinner and had a great experience at Applebee's ... talked with manager, Mike, before leaving and he was VERY RUDE and has no business dealing with public with his attitude, not helpful at all, only made excuses blaming everything on corporate ... called corporate and made a complaint and waiting to hear back to see if they do anything about this location, wouldn't recommend at all
I love Cracker Barrel was just there for breakfast, their food is so delicious, I love the feel of the place it’s so festive. I can’t wait for the holidays so I can go, I really enjoy being there, during thanksgiving and Christmas.
Ate breakfast this morning at the Cracker Barrel on Hull St. and it was delicious. Had the Momma's Pancake Breakfast. They were extremely busy but the service I received was awesome. Will be returning in the near future.
We absolutely enjoyed the food very much. Only two negatives:I had a dirty fork that I replaced for one not much better.. The other was the waitress was nice but not very attentive..She didn't follow up with the fork situation and she didn't keep our drinks filled. She would have gotten a bigger tip had done her job better.
