The new managers are horrible .send things to old address eventhough they have new address on file for years and make payment arrangement and then threaten to send a letter and charge you another 20.00 . I am about to go to 12 on your side

The owner, manager, and groundsman Jerry are the nicest people and will make sure the customer is happy. Love this place.
First, this is the BEST storage facility around. Clean, well managed and until recently, best priced. No rodents or riff-raff. Good security and these units are concrete buildings, not metal so you do not have nearly the threat of mold that you get with metal buildings. However, they just increased my rent by 25%. The reason they say is because they haven't had a rate increase in over ten years. That's understandable to a point but a pretty big pill to swallow all at once. Probably would go over better to space that increase out over a couple years.
My experience today isn't good. rude office front desk. It was a awkard and and a total misunderstanding situation that came out bad for my experience with the office woman and management. Never got an apology from the office clerk in person. She was rude, accusing and not knowing the facts.either or it was uncalled for how she approach the situation with her tone.
I'll be packing up my two units and moving soon, but for additional reasons than just the rate increase that has nothing to do with this business.
