This facility was superb! I needed storage space for 6 months and was concerned about damage from humidity, heat and cold so I rented two indoor units at this facility. Temperature control was always great. I was also concerned about pests and rodents. After unpacking my boxes and furniture, I have found NO evidence of either. This place is clean, tight, well maintained and well managed. Kim, the property manager, was always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests. Her sales agents were also very helpful. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience here and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of extra storage in the area.
Clean, well laid out, and great over all dealings
The property is very nice and I found the pricing very competitive considering the security and quality of their offerings, and the items they have for sale in the shop are actually well-priced, too. I was expecting them to be high because of the convenience, but they are about the same or lower than stores in the area. It's convenient to be able to buy things like boxes, moving blankets, and bubble wrap, and it's cheaper than breaking your stuff. Overall, a very nice experience.
Robin was a pleasure to deal with in setting up my storage space. The process wasn't overly complicated, and she was great at helping me make choices to fit my situation without me feeling like I was being pushed to buy things.
First time using any storage company. Kim was absolutely great. Was able to help me determine what I needed and got me the best deal. She's fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough!
