When I walked in the door Sandra and Lauren knew exactly what i was looking for. They were both very friendly and helpful. This is a very customer service oriented company!! I have nothing but good things to say about the Miniprice Storage on Call Federal in Midlothian. The very first conversation with Sandra started me off with a great impression of their company. She was very personable and helpful. On my first arrival at the storage facility, I found all of the employees to be extremely nice and very helpful. The facility itself is very clean, well lit, secure and climate controlled. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I love this place. The staff are absolutely wonderful. My daughter is attending college in Norfolk and I did not want to bring everything home to Delaware. I set up everything from home over the phone with Kim Agnew. She is amazing and her follow up is awesome. When I arrived, Tasha was equally amazing. The facility is immaculate. I decided that I will maintain a storage space until my daughter graduates in 3 years. I have received numerous phone calls to make sure that I am satisfied and that I had a wonderful experience. Never thought I would be so excited about a storage facility!
