I agree that he probably acted this way because I didn’t want a refraction test.
Dr. Busch was rude and made me feel stupid for not knowing his jargon . He went over the instructions for treatment really quickly. When I asked Dr. Busch to see if he had the instructions written down anywhere, he said “that’s why I just showed you”. He was rude and blew me off.
Dr. Busch is one of the most knowledgeable and kind eye surgeons I know. It's great seeing him for my yearly visit. (Even if it's not always yearly like it supposed to be.) :)
Today was my first and last visit. The reception is rude and talks over you. She cut me off in mid sentence several times. Each time I let her finish speaking and when I began to ask my question she would cut me off again. I finally just left called my insurance Company to ask that they never send me back to this office again. Dr. Busch was polite but I refuse to deal with rude people!
What a great office! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Busch is thorough and compassionate.

i have been a patient at chesterfield ophthalmology for over 20 years and i would highly recommend this practice for your annual eye care.. i find the staff at this office personable and friendly and should note that i have been greeted by the same engaging faces since my first appointment with dr busch. in addition to their caring natures, staff take their jobs seriously and get the job done in a timely fashion cutting down on any wait time for your appointment. dr busch is a highly competent physician that brings a kind and attentive disposition to the table.. not unlike his staff, he makes you feel comfortable and is eager in helping you to understand your diagnosis. i have had at least two emergencies wherein dr busch has fit me into to a busy weekday schedule and actually met with me on a saturday to attend to my sudden unforeseen crisis. this office of trained professionals is a welcomed encounter in a sea of medical practices who seem more concerned with numbers that people. thank you dr busch and your staff for your commitment and when it comes to your patients. i for one, appreciate you.
