Took my newborn there. We got there early as requested and 40 minutes after the appt the doctor never came in. Completely unacceptable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful also.

4 stars is still a great review for a medical practice where we've had 9 years of service at. Hopefully they will find a way to get their wait times under control and we can bump this back up to a 5.

Using them for 10 years and will not go anywhere else. It's a Little bit of a drive since we do not live in the area anymore, but totally worth it!
My son has been a patient here for 9 years. We have seen many of the providers, but his normal physician is Dr. Seliskar. We ADORE her! She takes her time with each and every patient and never makes you feel rushed. I love that she also explains things so you can understand them and never makes you feel silly for any concern you may have.
2 years ago, I would have given 5 stars, but I've had to reduce that to 4 ever since they started this "patient centered" stuff. It all sounds great, but honestly since they've started it we've had a few problems. The wait times on the phones to make an appointment have gotten out of hand. When you do get through, it is nearly impossible to see your usual physician unless you are calling a week or two in advance. They do have PAs and we like all but one of them. Dustin and Sarah are our faves. We can usually get in with one of them the same day if we call before 11am or so.
