After waiting the 30 minutes until our appointment time and then another 40 minutes on top of that, I go up to ask what the time frame was as I had another child at daycare that had to be picked up by 5:00. I was told at least another 30 /45 minutes. So that would mean an hour and a half waiting before seeing the doctor.
I have to been to orthova in midlothian many times and they are always professional and courteous.

I payed my 40.00 copay at the beginning, so yeah payed for nothing.

I told them that I could not wait and had to leave and I would call. I picked up the baby and called back to see if we could be back in time and was told that because I left I would need to reschedule for one day next Week.
I will never return to this office. It is just common curtesy, emergencies happen I get that , but that should be communicated with the patients at check in. I could have ran and picked up the baby before had I not had to be there 40 mintues early or left the 14 waiting for 15 minutes and picked her up at the beginning not an hour into it. Rude rude rude
Great place to be in if you need orthopedic care & for hand treatments
Today I went to ortho va at St Francis, to have my 14 year olds cast cut off. I was callled yesterday to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrive 30 minutes to be told, ohhh you are all set. Soooooo why 30 minutes early???
