My cat Misty was sick and had thrown up blood. Dr. Krause was so helpful and informative. I would recommend her and the staff to anyone needing emergency care for a pet in need. My sister and I were very worried about our Misty and our fears we're quickly put to rest and we were shown all that was done and even given copies of everything. Thanks again so much
Everyone beware! Do not bring your pet to this death trap. This place indiscriminately killed the pet of a good friend of mines! I am currently giving her the number of a good lawyer .Well make sure this place goes out of business!!!
Brought my dog in for stitches. Got here about 820pm. Been waiting an hour and they turned away 3 customers because "we are short staffed and are closing tonight at 10." I'm sorry.....you are a 24 hour emergency center. Your staffing issues are not my problem, especially when I'm walking in the door and "my cat has a ruptured cornea," "my dog is vomiting blood," and "my cat ate a poisonous plant." All 3 of those patients were turned away. So mad about the lack of compassion I stood out in the parking lot giving them the name of another clinic to go to. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. If I ever need to visit an emergency vet again it won't be here.

If your animal leg isn’t broken or nothing is severely wrong then I recommend waiting to take your animal to the vet. I paid a nice chunk of money just for them to guess what’s wrong with my dog. Took him to another place today and come to find out he has heart worms and an infection.
