They are wonderful. Everyone is very nice and we were brought back to see the vet extremely quickly. They also have several cats that live in the building and roam around freely. It can be quite surprising to be waiting in a exam room and see a cabinet door slowly open revealing a half asleep cat. They are all nice though and will happily come up to you and let you let them. The little orange one will jump up in your lap if you are not paying attention. Just a warning if that is not your thing.
I absolutely love this vet. The first time since we moved to Virginia that I trust my fur children are loved and cared for properly.
Absolutely fantastic in every way. Everybody is professional and caring, from the front desk and the assistants to all the behind the scenes people. Dr Jones herself is some kind of animal whisperer. Her diagnosis' have always been spot on and she prescribes the correct solutions. Not the most expensive but the one that will get the best results. My only regret is, i live in Florida now.
